How does my photographer account start?
Register here, then verify your email using the private link we send. Set your password and start your free 300 MB demo with uploads and client selection. Pay ₹149 from your dashboard to upgrade to 25 GB. No administrator approval is needed. Existing website customers can sign in with their current password to create their studio.
Can other photographers see my photos?
Photographer dashboards and original downloads are restricted to their own accounts. Your client’s preview gallery requires its private link and PIN; anyone you share both with can view and select. WedPixel administrators manage the connected storage and can access stored files for support. You do not receive access to WedPixel’s main Drive account.
What do the demo and paid storage limits include?
The free demo limit is 300,000,000 bytes and the paid limit is 25,000,000,000 bytes per studio, shared across all galleries. It includes original JPG, PNG and WebP photos, generated previews, incomplete uploads and data waiting in Drive Trash. Each photo can be up to 25 MB. There are up to 50 active galleries and 2,000 photos per gallery. Keep an independent backup of your originals.
When do galleries expire?
New studio client links last 90 days. Resetting the link and PIN renews access and disables the previous link. If a paid subscription is not renewed, all gallery photos move to Drive Trash two calendar months after its expiry. Renewal before that deadline keeps the photos. Client-link expiry is separate from photo retention. Trashed data stays counted until Google removes the folder; hosting backups may retain records longer.
How do clients save their choices?
Clients open their gallery using its link and PIN, choose their favourites and save each page. Choices on other pages are preserved. They can revisit before expiry; the latest saved choices on a page replace that page’s previous selection.
When do I pay for studio access?
Registration and email verification unlock a free 300 MB demo first. Choose 1 month ₹149, 3 months ₹400, 6 months ₹700 or 1 year ₹1,200 at secure checkout to upgrade to 25 GB. There is no automatic debit. Your demo photos stay in your studio. After a paid subscription expires, renewal is needed for new uploads and client access. Existing originals remain recoverable until two calendar months after expiry, then gallery photos move to Drive Trash. Renewal before that deadline keeps them. A never-paid demo has no paid-expiry deletion schedule.
